Staff Scheduler
One way to allocate tasks to staff is by using the Staff Scheduler.
Use the Staff Scheduler to:
- View individual or multiple staff calendars simultaneously.
- Allocate job tasks to staff.
- Add booked time.
- Manage and replan resources.
- Make staff allocations for approval by others.
- Filter job tasks using profile settings.
- Filter staff calendars by skill sets.
- Split a task across multiple resources and times.
- Assign resources to work on tasks at specific times. For example, you can schedule two hours on Monday and one hour on Friday.
- Observe nonworking days and hours. TrafficLIVE automatically schedules work allocations around the working hours of the system.
